All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order total, shipping method, and destination. Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold, as indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
International Shipping

Delivery Issues
PEXSTYLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. We will assist with the claim process where possible.
Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
