How to Initiate a Return

Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
